Love is one of those things that everyone wants, but so few realize that it is something already a part of their life. It can be seen all around you. In the faces of your friends and family. In the way an elderly woman smiles when you hold the door for her. It is ever prevalent. It's warm embrace can be felt in the sun on your face or a hug from a small child. Many look for love in relationships trying to forge love out of lust. Why do so many push to find something that they already have? Is it that need for self fulfillment? Everyone looks for love outside themselves when all that is true is that all the love they really need can be found within. True there is a love to be found in a relationship, but you can not find love in a relationship until you can find love in yourself. Love can be a many splendor thing, but we have to be able to see what is love and what is merely lust.
